Overview: At Emerald Place, MTC Building took an existing family home and elevated it to a new level of modern living. The project included a spacious extension to increase indoor living areas, the addition of a top floor to create more bedrooms and functional space, and the construction of a stunning outdoor deck and patio for seamless indoor-outdoor flow. With careful attention to design, we integrated the new structures into the original home, maintaining its charm while adding modern touches like timber decking, open-plan living areas, and sleek, high-end finishes.
