Overview: MTC Building took an ageing house and transformed it into two modern duplex homes. After demolishing the original structure, we built spacious residences featuring open-plan living, high ceilings, and premium finishes like Caesarstone benchtops and Bosch appliances. The project also included custom landscaping and a sun-drenched pool area, blending luxury with functional design for seamless indoor-outdoor living.
