Where we started
Founded by Mat Connor in 2009, MTC Building has been shaping homes across the Sutherland Shire for over 15 years.
Before launching MTC, Mat honed his skills working on residential builds and renovations, while also managing commercial and shop-fitting projects. This diverse background means that MTC Building brings a wealth of expertise to every project, from custom new builds and duplexes to complex extensions and renovations.
Paul, Project Manager, brings a wealth of experience to the team, with a strong background in managing large commercial projects and townhouse developments. His expertise in overseeing complex builds, combined with a keen eye for detail and quality, ensures that MTC Building can handle even the most ambitious projects. His leadership and organisational skills are crucial to the successful execution of every build, especially those involving multiple stages and stakeholders.
